Benchmade 940 for manix m4 or zt's

Have a lightly used 940, three small rub marks on handle from carrying, i would say it is in 95% condition, was the cutter not the heavy duty in the edc. Looking for a Manix tan m4, superleaf, or zt 551 (or any zt really).
