I have an almost new Benchmade 943. Got it a week or so ago brand new, carried it one day, opened one envelope with it. Still factory sharp. Is not centered when closed, favors the clip side, but does not rub or effect performance in any way. Also does have a little side to side blade play. I have not messed with the pivot to see if it will correct. Not entirely sure what I would take for it, but I do know this, I have very little interest in thumb studs.
