Benchmade axis lock FAIL!

I am extreamly impressed, and, I couldn't be more pleased by the customer service of Benchmade.

Not only did they fix the lock, they went FAR above and beyond!

In fact, I can't believe service like Their's still exist.
For $0.00, They "replaced the springs, cleaned, adjusted, oiled, SHARPENED, and sent me a extra clip"!
There wasn't even anything wrong with My clip(aside from a scratch or two).
That just blows me away in this day and age...

I would/will recommend Benchmade to anybody looking for a new blade.
 
And not only all of that, but, I sent in a self adressed stamped envolope with My knife, but they didn't even use it. They sent My knife back to me VERY well packaged, on Them.
 
+1 BM CS. I have had the same excellent BM service for three different knives. Benchmade, Kershaw, and Buck are three of the best companies IME when after the sale service is required.
