A bit of warning though, if you are not used to a triad lock, it might hurt your thumb a bit to close it at first. Just remember to NOT use your fingertip to disengage the lock, use the joint of your thumb either on the palm side or on the side to close it you will have a much easier time. You may get sore thumb for the first few days but you will develop man-finger that can crush everything

Thanks guys for help!
I think I took a good decision as beginner.
I am proud owner of Cold Steel Recon 1 pocket knife. I am happy like little boy. I try to treat it as a tool but obviously it's a weapon.
Cuts like a razor blade and already I'm worries how dangerous could be if I'm not careful when I use him. I' m sure will be useful in the forest. Already my friends are envious of me!
I hope I do not become a collector knives like you , it is expensive sport but now I can understand your passion for knives.
I wish to show you my "office " of my fly fishing hobby ,in fact the fishing is just a pretext for me to enjoy the wild anytime https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtyZeQ-6YiQ
Best regards from land of bears from Europe!
