about two months ago i ordered a Bali-song flash-drive from Benchmade just as a little doodad for myself, and after i ordered it i received no confirmation email or anything and i had ordered with one day shipping so after about a week i got a wee bit peeved and decided to send an email,
immediately after i sent the email, literally within ten minutes a rep replied saying that their shipping had been slow lately and that she personally would make sure by drive got shipped, the next day a little brown box showed up on my doorstep with the drive and a very nice note from that incredibly helpful representative
1-10 id give benchmade a 9.5 for customer assistance and ease of order
