I've had benchmade knives for years. Every single time I've called or emailed about a clip, screw, part, etc they have never failed to send me the part for free.
I've had one of their gent's knives for a while. It has a leather pouch with a clip for slacks carry. Well, a friend managed to slice it all to heck when he neglected to close the knife before putting it back.
I contacted BM service and asked to buy a replacement and briefly explained what happened. They INSISTED that they send me a pouch for free!
Man, you don't get better than that.
