I'm lucky to live in Oregon, I dropped my Presidio Auto off at their factory to have a new spring, belt clip installed and have it sharpened at 3:55PM on a weekday, it arrived at my house the next morning at 10:00AM via UPS....
It's my EDC knife, and gets used a LOT! I've dropped it off 3 times in 4 years, and it never took longer than 2 days to get back to me.
Also, they usually completely rebuild my knife, new spring, clip, screws, etc etc. The only original parts are the blade, scales and liner. Best 190 bucks I ever spent on a knife.
I agree on the phone call being the way to go. It could be an issue with their spam filter, etc. I'm a service plumber, and I have to call various manufacturers all the time on warranty work, and I always follow up an e-mail after one day with a phone call, or, forget the e-mail and just call.
