I have a Benchmade Mini-Nitrous Stryker in D2. The liner lock up is not 100%. I have contacted Benchmade through their "contact us" web based form describing my problem twice. You know, I enter a description of the problem into a "field"and provide an email contact address for them to reply to. I have not received any contact back from them.

Is this usual for Benchmade?

Are there any other contact routes for Benchmade customer service through the internet?

in most aspects, they are great! i emailed them about something about 2 weeks ago and i have yet to receive a response. i may just try again...

Call them. They have one of the best warranty/customer service reputations around. Using an internet based system is unreliable.

As a couple of people already said, call them. Last few emails I sent them were responded to the very same day, which is normal for them, but emails are not always reliable.

Yeah, maybe the email isn't getting through for some reason. The one time I had to have Benchmade take care of a problem for me they were awesome. I had an old CQC7 that was probably 8 years old with a broken tip (my fault). I emailed them, sent it back, and it came back awesome, totally redone edge with a great pointy tip back on it. All for the cost of shipping.

My guess is that their replies are being sent to your spam folder or something like that.

Try this first:

On your 907 and 913 there is a small set screw below the
clip screws. Using a #6 torx driver, open the knife part way
and move the hex barrel to different positions, then open
the blade. Each position gives a different liner lockup. When
you find a position you like, with the knife open and locked,
tighten the screw slightly. It should stay that way.
