I'm not sure where to stick this. I put it here because its a complaint about bad service. And because I'm ticked. Mods, change to another section if appropriate.
I really wanted to join Benchmade Forum. You have to get a password from the LiveCloud service, but when I tried to register, they said my email address was already in use. I guess I registered with LiveCloud long ago for something else, and forgot to note the password.
No sweat. Asked them to send the password to my email address. Twice. No answer. To contact LiveCloud you have to join their site, which I have no interest in doing.
Then I emailed Benchmade, asking for their help in clearing this up. They acknowledged getting my query, but its been days now and nothing.
What's going on here? Any thoughts on what to do, how to rectify this, anyone to contact?
