Benchmade, great customer service

I ordered a customized Griptilian on September 18th. Benchmade's website indicated a 3 - 4 week turnaround. I am a semi-patient guy and that seemed reasonable. I wasn't tracking the shipment and got home from work today to find this:

I am waiting on another purchase from a different manufacturer so I didn't expect to see the familiar blue box when I opened the package

That was fast! And just in time for a fall canoe trip as well. Thank you Benchmade for the excellent customer service and great products!
 
Benchmades customer service is top notch. Have had nothing but great experiences with them.
 
Agreed, Slimman, top notch. Also should have mentioned everything about the knife is perfect: fit, finish, centering, crazy sharp, solid lock up with no movement at all. Outstanding
