I have both and think they are nice knives.
The 0566 kinda scratched a few itches I had.
It 's a ZT and I didn't have one.
It's a large frame lock flipper and I didn't have one.
It's a Hinderer design and I would never buy one ( to many$$$ for me) but wanted to see what the fuss was about.
My only Elmax knife.
I deassisted it and FINALLY got it to flip like a flipper should.
Might work for you in the future if you get the itch for another knife.

The grip I got was a great deal which is why I got it. I am very satisfied with it. It seems to be a great knife.
