This was sold as light use and could almost pass for new. I received it without a clip and looked in my spares and found a clip, but only 2 screws. So this is 1 screw short unless you have a deep carry clip and it'd work just fine. I also tuned up the edge and adjusted the pivot a little. Works like a champ.
