Benchmade Service... Outstanding!

I picked up another new Kulgera about three weeks ago. They are beautiful knives and were recently discontinued. So I wanted a backup. Mine came with a asymetrical grind on the top of the blade near the tip.

I contacted BM and they told me to send it in and it would be covered under warranty. Turns out their replacement blades all had the same defect. So they produced some new blades and shipped my knife back for free. I got an extra pocket clip, new Omega springs, lube and tune.

This is my second warranty experience with BM and they've done a really nice job both times. Big :thumbup:
 
I have read posts regarding Benchmade's lack of good service, but I have always been very happy with their service. They have been quick to respond to emails and very fast in correcting issues.
