I know it's a Spyderco hole and all but to me Benchmades and Spydercos are so different in design, that even with the hole it doesn't make me think of a Spyderco knife.

However this type of theft (and that's exactly what it is if they didn't get a liscense from Spyderco) is no surprise comming from BM after the Skirmish. You can rationalize it all day long if you want, but it's still theft.
I just posted this on the other Benchmade Hole thread.
Haven't BM been using the round hole for a while now like on their Skirmish? Nobody seemed to care when that happened.
Still waiting on an official statement by either company before I make any decision about Benchmade and where my money goes from this day forward...
