Benchmade Vex vs. Spyderco Tenacious vs. Kershaw Skyline

I'm currently searching for a new EDC folder that has a decent steel, cheap price tag and shouldn't be too heavy. I've basically split on these 3 knives. I would be using this for general cutting such as cardboard and rope and maybe cutting some fruit. I like the hole on the Benchmade and Spyderco but the flipper on the Kershaw is something I'd like to try. So my question is: Which knife would be best?

this is insane i have the like the exact same thread out with out the benchmade haha

I have all three and I think Im one of the few who does not like the Skyline. I bought one because of all the rave reviews but to me it just feels too cheap and too light. The knife just doesn't feel good in hand and I really don't care for the blade shape. What can i say i like bigger beefier knives.

Only one is made in the U.S. That's the only one I would consider buying.
(That is, the Kershaw Skyline.)

Edit: Ugh, zombie thread.

For me....The VEX was very hard to keep sharpened....There is somethign about that blade , that for me is very hard to sharpen free hand...I would also go with the Spyderco Tenacious....

Never owned or held the Vex. Own both the Tenacious and the Skyline. Both are awesome. B/w the two, I opt for the Skyline. Here's a review of the Skyline I just finished up.
