I will say as I've said before:
Dealer's need to be voicing complaints to Benchmade as well. IMO that knife should have never left BladeHQ to go to a customer just like it should have never left Benchmade. This is why I buy from dealer's that go the extra mile. Maybe I've had great luck with my Benchmades because I've bought just about all of them from KnivesShipFree.
New Graham Knives did voice their complaints to BM and I guess they didn't like what they heard because they no longer carry BM products. This says a lot about BM because I have the utmost respect for NGK. I've been in the store and talked the owner more than once, outstanding guy.
