I don't blame you, given the choice I prefer USA made knives but for $15.00 you can't hardly get USA made knives
I guess I'm just a "Quality over Price" kind of guy when it comes to a tool my life may depend on someday.
Sorry for the rant in your review thread.

No problem man,I'm all for getting quality over quantity and price but when your on a limited budget you get the best you can I guess, take care.

on a side note, about it not being comfy in a boot - I guess the same can be said about almost ANY (boot) knife when u carry it inside the boot. I have carried this one several times in my boots (on the outside) and never notice it's there, plus the carabiner makes for a more secure sheath stay when u lock it to a cross lace on the boot. For me, this is the best boot sheath I've had, I don't care if the sheeple get shocked at the sight of a knife attached to my boot; the knife is also has a very decent build quality for its price quite sharp and handy at light camp chores, it was shaving kindling like a champ yesterday for a backyard bonfire.

P.D. - These are always listed as "stainless steel". Knowing that they are 1095 makes me like it even more.
