Yes, it is no match for Medium Chopper, or Behemother, but for a 1/10 of the price, it can do a job.
Don't get me wrong, I would love to have CPK Chopper, but after taxes, it would be nice too much.
I am still kicking my own ass for not picking up a Browning Crowell Barker chopper, when it was available at one local online shop....
IRRC, it's for fixturing the blade during heat treatment. Other than that, you can hang a blade like a big meat cleaver on it on some object.What is the hole near the tip for?
