The bison has great texture. I love that brown. It’s American Bison/Buffalo from a new supplier. I have it in brown/tan, black and a dark cherry color.
Cherry is on the left in first picture, black on the right in second..

I have been watching your site for a drop of EDC1.2 sheaths!!
Don't wait! Just shoot me an email and get on the list for the next batch, I will make one to your spec's. chad@pirtlemade.com
My web store is only for the extra's that I try to make with every batch, and occasional large runs, most of what I have been making lately is already accounted for or poached before it gets to the site. I will probably be making more EDC's soon.
Thanks everyone!
Congrats that knife looks bad ass!!!!!Well, I gave up on finding a CPK potato knife after I looked in the cpk encyclopedia and it appeared something like 50-60 of them were sold in sales.
We cook a lot and so good kitchen tools (including knives) are a must have in my house. I found that glestain makes a knife specifically designed to address food adhesion to the blade. One side is scalloped and the other is flat. It's a poor man's potato knife!
It will be here Saturday and I'm stoked!

Baileys is not just for breakfast anymore !Your lines aren’t very straight did you put baileys in that coffee this morning R?![]()
I thought the last pic was Roland holding a 270mm GyutoJust received a very nice little neck knife from Austria made by Raimund LhotakBladeMan . The blade is Ti, and the handle is bog oak with red G10 liner. Comes with a leather neck sheath, which I will probably use as a pocket sheath.
