The grind lines are pretty clean. It balances out real nice, and the handle is great It's not as finely finished/tightly fit as we're used to seeing here, but it was reasonably priced and has a feel that begs to be used, which is just what I plan to do with it. I'm pretty tickled with it overall.

Unused until today 1957 Siberian trapper axe. Pretty sure this is the exact axe the guy uses in “Happy People” to make all kinds of traps, skis and stuff. It is such a donkey. I’m not sure it’s even an axe, I’m not sure what it is, it rocks. GLHS. Nasdrovia!
