Best American Made Folding Knife for the Money

This makes me #4 for the Mini-Grip. What a good little knife...I paid ~$65 for mine not more than a month ago from one of the larger vendors.

Keep your eye on the Exchange, sometimes Griptillians and mini Grips come up around your price range.

Well it has been over a year since the OP started this thread, the hunt is probably over by now.

A standard Para 2 in my opinion is the best American knife for the money, quality is outstanding, and at just under $100 when they are in stock it is amazing value. Even at secondary prices right now of around $125-$145 they are pretty good value.

spyderco manix 2 is about $80 bucks but it has to be mentioned. I am carrying a mini grip right now and it is a very nice knife. They can be found for about $65 if you use a site that offers a coupon code. If you dont want to stick to that price. the best knife for the money period is the spyderco military. i bought a few when they where $130 bucks. Im sad to see that they are now $155.

I think most of the good ones have already been mentioned. Kershaw Leek, Shallot, Knockout, Blur. Benchmade Mini Grip. Any Case in CV (I like their red bone series myself). Spyderco Native.

Another vote for the Native, the mini Griptilian, and the Skyline. Buck 110 or 55 if you don't mind the weight.
