Best benchmade for edc???

I would ONLY buy the small Barrage in the 586 configuration. ( I think that is the model number for that knife.) Anyway, it's the one with with aluminum bolsters and G-10 handles. I have been looking at the 581 for a while and will get one soon.

Anyway that's my choice of your listed knives.
 
For me it's the small models that carry the easiest. Among my favorites is the middle model, a modded 525-701 with a stock blade and black studs. FYI the lower one is/was a custom Dawson job that turned out well with brown paper Micarta scales...here's a pic:
