Best Cold Weather Food ?

Sifu, I like TEXAS chili too, but prefer mine for a meal, the rains plump with the broth and have a nice sweet spicy kick when eaten.
 
I can't get momma to make enough stew at this time of year. Nothing fancy, just the basics on a slow simmer so it's ready after work.
 
I made a nice batch of chili last week... good and spicy. But took 1.5lbs of meat for 4 of us.

couple decent sized onions, can of baked bean, couple jalapenos, handful of mushrooms(I enjoy crimini in my chili), and a whole lotta heat.

Takes about 2hrs for my chili, no 30min meal there.
