Best customer care opinion

Would REALLY be a good idea to get a list of trustworthy on-line dealers! As an EU buyer it's important for me to get US dealers who aren't blinkered about non US Visa cards. Otherwise I'm at the mercy of excrement-bay.....

DAN + PATTI definitly. When you order from outside the US you really get to know who goes the extra mile. I have ordered both a SS4 and Dogfather and the customer service was amazing. They were the only business I have ever sent a thank you letter to. I have found that most of the people in the knife business are exellent and do their best for their customers and then there are a tiny percentage like DE Henry or Mad Dog which are the polar oppisite but Dan and Patti are definitly a cut above especially at their price point. It is nice when a you get good service when you buy a 500$ knife but much more so when you get the same service for a 89.95$ one.

They don't sell knives but knifemaking supplies still Ranger Original is another great business with awesome customer service.

The entire Busse-related crowd, including Skunk and Vicki at the Busse Company Store, Eric at Swamp Rat, and Dan & Patti at Scrap Yard. They really do all they can to make sure you're taken care of.

Also, related to knives, I'll mention Dwayne at Armorall Leather. Straightup one-on-one personal care.

Some of the makers I recently bought and recieved a knife from:

Al Warren

Don Lozier

Terry Barkes

Bob Dozier

Ricardo Lala

These makers are all great to deal with and have 2nd to none customer service. They make wonderful knives and for that, they have my business and respect for life.

I will post others as I recieve the knives I ordered. Most have offered great communication so we are off to a great start.
