No photo handy but I also picked up a Camillus CUDA on closeout for $30.

Kept waiting for the Beckers to go on closeout, but it never happened. :)

Anyone looking for a current fixed blade bargain should check out the D2 Queen knives in honey bone.

I also just scored a Case xx dagger ~1965 mint for $40

Survive Gear's upcoming GSO 4.1 in M390. I caught the special and made a preorder.

I picked up two Rat-3 factory second knives in D2 from the Ontario factory with sheath and tec-lok for $20 each. The only thing that I could find wrong with them was the logo being covered by the scale a little bit. They sharpened up well and have served me without fail.

I found a Gerber Magnum Hunter for $15 on a SALE table in a china shop in La Jolla in the late 70's. They used to sell in the $40+ range when I was a kid, which seemed like a lot of money at the time.

Some of the Spyderco Mules are remarkable deals.

$15 AG Russell Deer hunter

Unlikely the best $for$ deal but still my favorite one. A 1 off Busse chopper that originally cost $1200, for $700 baby (the king of my collection taboot)

I love that picture!

Many years ago I had a camp knife made for me in 52100 by a great Canadian master smith, Wally Hayes, which I intended as my main user. He liked it so much he didn't want me to actually use it and made up a simpler user in O1 which he practically gave away. I'm sure that would never happen again, and so far it hasn't. I've been beating the hell out of that O1 user for a long time now and I can't bear to stop using it, as beat up as it is.

I put together a large Esee order for myself and some guys I work with. After ordering about 12 knives they only got one wrong and sent me an Esee 6 instead of an Esee 5. I told them and asked them how to send back the Esee 6. They sent out the ordered Esee 5 immediately and told me to keep the Esee 6 for my troubles!! HOW IS THAT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

So my answere is by far my FREE Esee 6 :)
