Best deal you ever got on a fixed blade

Top 3:
1. a Greco fighter (unused) for 70 bucks at a gun show.
2. a gerber auto from an 82nd airborne guy for a pair of pants.
3. a Khukuri from a Ghurka for a leatherman.

I picked up a Yoshikane 9 1/2" chefs knife at a church yard sale for $25 a couple of years ago.

I got a engraved Buster Warinski hunter for under $700 a few years back. One of the three best makers of all time, and one I'll never sell. I still have trouble believing I got that lucky.

Cami Bk10 for $42 bucks regular price back in the day.

two good deals come to mind. A friend closed his gun shop some years back, and sold me a NIB Randall #11 Alaskan Skinner for $125. Another deal was at an antique shop, where I bought a three knife set of Cold Steel's original Japanese made Tanto knives, with stand, for $100.

Brand new Busse Hog Muk LE for $265 from an awesome member.

This is it after I reshaped the handle for a perfect grip.

I once special ordered a knife, they quoted me a price that was for the wrong knife. I waited 8 weeks for the knife to be finished and the price they told me was 150 dollars more than the price originally quoted. I emailed them to ask what the heck happened. They told me they mistakenly quoted me for the wrong knife originally, but they will honor the price they originally gave me. The result is a brand new custom ordered 450 dollar knife that I got for 300. I was pretty excited about it. Unfortunately I'm not allowed to tell what it is as part of the agreement.

I don't have a bunch of fixed blades, so my best deal is a Cold Steel. I got a black coated SK-5 Trailmaster on clearance for $50. NIB, leather sheath, etc.

I jumped on the GSO 10 promo from Survive! knives a few months back. Got a 10.5" 3V blade that should cost in the ball park of $350 to $400, for $160. Best bang for the buck I ever got!
