Wow.., some incredible deals! I don't know if it counts for this thread.., but I found a Randall Model 1 in the sheath.., in a box someone had apparently thrown from a vehicle in the Mojave Desert. It was wrapped in T-Shirts and rags with a Buck 112.., some rolled up socks.., and a sweat shirt.

The 112 had been used quite a bit, but was well maintained, and the Randall was in very good shape although it had been sharpened. The nearest town was Mojave itself, so I posted some flyers with my phone number.., asking that if the owner called me and describe the missing items in the box, I'd be happy to ship them off.., but never heard anything except one "Crank Call" saying they had lost 20 Gold Bars 12 miles south of Mojave...lol.

Traded it away many years ago since I'm not a Randall fan.., but I'd guess it's probably the best "deal" I've got. Since it was relatively near a Camping location.., I always assumed that it simply fell off a truck or something.., but it's one of those things I'll never know I suppose.

The cheapest I've found this anywhere else was $99, and that only recently. A lot of Internet retailers have it at $120.

I picked up a Buck Buckmaster at a local gun show for $100.00. It was new in the box. I had always wanted one when they were being produced but couldnt afford it. It is heavy but it is a neat knife to me.:)

First was a 1/500 Buck/Strider Tanto for $125. Then I swapped it for a Buck 192 Master Series overrun(which I use alot)
Second was on Thanksgiving weekend 2000, I bought 2 Buck 110's for 16.95 ea.One of those was sent to Buck and rebladed with ATS34.

Spyderco Mariner for $20, used but you'd never know it.

Didn't really need it but I couldn't pass up a like new, all steel Spydie for less than it costs for a decent steak dinner.

a spyderco serrated edge calypso junior in vg-10 steel with an FRN fishscale handle for 16.99 from eknifeworks on closeout.

Best deal I got on a knife just happened last week! After talking to a co-worker about knives, he shows up the following day & hands me a Buck 110 & tells me he is looking for something smaller so I can have it - free! I offered to pay him something for it but he wouldn't accept anything except a Coke!

Well, I just got a Large Sebenza Classic with BG42 blade for $35. Was that a good deal?:D Of course this is the passaround one I just won here for those who don't know already.

VG-10 fully serrated blue Delica for $35.
Spydercard for $17.

All brand new.

I recently got a BM 730CFHS Limited Edition for $100, NIB, thanks to this place. Usually they sell for at least $150. This is a great price for any Axis lock, but getting a limited edition, now that's a deal!

My new best deal is a Benchmade limited edition Carbon Fiber D2 941 for $123 delivered.
I grabbed 4, after hockin the other 3 (they go for anywhere from $175-225), my keeper CFD2941, 940, Spyderco Mouse and Navigator should all be free. Im also going to keep the SAK Camper my brother bought me and then sell off all my others. Net out-of-pocket $ for all my keepers..... ZERO DOLLARS....... how's that for a deal?!!:D
Thanks Dstoll!!!

Once upon a time Cumberlandknives was giving away BG-42 Buck Strider Solutions with every $150 purchase....

I bought a BM Axis AFCK and DMT folding hone, then sold the Buck Strider later on. Net cost to me: about $25.
