Best EDC folder?

I carry and use daily Benchmade 710 in D2 steel. It is just great knife. Big enought blade, good ergonomics, secure axis lock, smooth opening... And it´s nice (even closed) :D

Spyderco's for folders (and a couple fixed. :D), RAT for fixed. That's basically how I'm going to buy knives from now on.

That being said, Look at the Military/Manix/Paramilitary lineup for some excellent folding knives.

A little smaller than some mentioned is he delica.

The endura was nice, but bigger than what I wanted. The delica is a little smaller than I wanted, but I got used to it and like it a lot now.

I carry a 4" fixed blade most of the time and the delica is a good back up.

I'm carrying a Benchmade 950 right now. Been carrying it for some time for a review I plan on writing on it and some other stuff....if I ever get time.

I am surprised no one has mentioned a the SAK farmer as a great edc folder.

Well.. I was gonna... but... had a senior moment.. :)

On the serious side of this topic, I do EDC three different SAK daily... as in all the time, so often I forgot I had them on me...

1) Scibeer Custom Woodsman (Main Blade, Saw, Awl, ALOX)
1) Fireman (Blade, Belt cutter, Saw, Screwdrivers, Awl, etc)
1) +SwissBianco Alox Lumberjack (Blade, Saw, Opener)

Sounds like a lot, but the Fireman is on my hip, in a sheath with a SAK LED, the Woodsman is on my pocket, and the ultrathin ALOX makes it easy to carry, and the Lumberjack is on my keys. I have a bunch of Multitools I carry too, but not on a daily basis.

+1 on that choice...!

Has anyone suggested the Kershaw RAM yet? If not then I will recommend it. It opens so fast and easy you think it is and assisted opener, I also really enjoy the blade shape.

I use an older Spyderco Endura, but these days it's closer in design to a Spyderco Pacific Salt.

+1 on the Spyderco Military.
