Best everyday victorinox?

I carried a Super Tinker for a while. I gave it to a coworker. It was just the right assortment without being crammed with stuff I would not use. I never did have a need for the little hook, whatever that was for. I keep a Helmsman in the bag for just whenever.

I carry a cadet everyday. That is never the only blade I have on me but I like how small and slim it is to keep in my pocket everyday.

personally cadet for me, but i would look into the pioneer, farmer, cadet or electrician. Just my personal favourites.

Figure out what tools you might use on a month to month basis. I carry an older Huntsman but I rarely use the wood saw on it.

I have a Classic on my keychain. The SAK I carry is a Bantam. Together, there is large blade, small blade, scissors, nail file, small flat head SD, Large flat head SD, bottle opener, can opener, wire stripper, tweezers, toothpick. Plus the flat head screwdrivers can be used on Phillips screws in a pinch. I'd say I'm pretty set with this combo.

I don't mind the 2 knife system. I'm always gonna be carrying keys, so I don't consider the Classic a second knife. The Bantam is light and thin, which makes it a pleasure in the pocket.

I carry an Executive everyday. It's got plenty blade for my small folder, and has a spare smaller blade I could use if need be. The orange peeler has a nice small serrated edge and works great for para cord or small fibrous things and works great for its intended purpose. The screwdriver tip comes in handy a lot for me. And as always it has those awesome scissors. It's no bigger than a bic lighter as well. The nail file is nice as well, I use it as a fine file for whatever. I'm sure it'd be good for nails too, I just don't file my fingernails ever.

Ismail1337, welcome to Bladeforums!

I'm another one who carries a Classic on my keyring. If I don't have another knife handy, it will generally do the job.

I also carry a red alox Farmer every day and I keep a One-Hand Trekker in an inside pocket of my parka. Both of these are good outdoor knives.

I like the alox Pioneer best. Does everything I need a day-to-day knife to do and costs right around 20$.

EDIT: Apparently I'm full of hooey, I can't find them for under 30$.

I've been carrying a Tinker at the bottom of my pocket in addition to my Tenacious, every day at work. I prefer it over the alox models because it includes tweezers (which I use fairly regularly) and a toothpick (I keep it clean and it actually comes in handy often).

I used to carry a Rally or Classic on my keys but I replaced them with a Utilikey, which I ever so slightly prefer.

I would have to say the Rambler has the most practical assortment of tools while being pocket-friendly. I like the Cadet because it comes in black aluminum. I keep a Rambler or Cadet in my pocket and the Fieldmaster in my backpack.

While on the topic of Vitorinox I recently have found that giving the plastic scales a quick rub on a scotchbrite pad gives them a much better feeling in hand and looks better.

Super Tinker has been with me everyday for the last 20 years. I use the scissors quite a bit, and the tweezors are indispensible. in the end, pick what you like, but edc a SAK of some variety!
