What sellers do you favor? Some have big catalogs but crummy photos. Some charge too much for shipping. (Twelve bucks for a 5 oz package?!) Some don't include enough specs about their knives, some only sell Gerber & Buck. One Kershaw seller (Two Point Enterprise) has video demos for EVERY knife. . .which really is awesome. AG Russell & Knife Center are great to look at too. With so many out there which ones do you keep going back to?

My only online experience thus far has been with thebladeshop.com, and it was HORRIBLE. My wife ordered my a Kershaw Cyclone this past xmas, which was defective when I got it. I send them three separate e-mails with NO RESPONSE at all. I tried calling, no answer. That company is a joke, and I will never do business with them again, nor will I ever, ever recommend them to anyone else.

As an aside, I finally sent the knife back to Kershaw, and they replaced it without question. I didn't pay a dime for the new knife or the return shipping. The customer service at Kershaw is nothing short of phenominal.

Smokey Mountain has free shipping on everything over 10.00 and their service is fantastic. Prices are pretty darn good too. Like everything else though you have to shop around. I have ordered from probably 12 different dealers. None have been bad. Ragweed Forge is also great. Mostly Scandi's though.

Knife Outlet, 1SKS, A.G. Russell, and Sooner State Knives are my guys.

I've done dozens of transactions, and never had a problem that wasn't taken care of immediately, and to my complete satisfaction.

new graham, knives ship free, dlt trading, ragweed forge, cumberland knifeworks. My personal experience with these dealers has been outstanding in every way. Shipping costs are up everywhere, blame it on fuel prices:mad:

knivesshipfree.com(free shipping on all orders), DLT trading, new graham, grand praire knives, and kniveworks.com

I have used smokey mountain and TADgear. I don't like searching on smokey's website, but they have great CS.
