Get yourself a Boone Hunter, and you won't be disappointed, a little larger, but not too large. Great field dressing knife, gutted, skinned, quartered and cut up two whitetails with it last year, then stropped it back to new afterward. A little Flitz polish now and again, and it'll look like new forever. Here's the one I got with the orange G10 handle.
