unfortunately the knife scene doesn't seem available on the tube. where lone wolf throws the knife back into the master of deaths scabbard after he catches it after it cuts another blokes nose off.

I am going with the book of eli as well . When a blind guy hacks 5 guys to peaces . Thats bad ass lol
 
I don't know the name of the movie but I think it was Polish and clips are on you tube. Sabre duel between an officer and some civilian. Very realistic and may be the best I've seen in the movies. Also Steve McQueen did a scene from a movie he made where he fought I think Martin Landau in a Stockyard. Both well done. keepem sharp

But does "Kill Bill" count? I don't know if that is the "best" or not. But the body count has to be #1
