Kam, the blade is 12" of forged W2, fittings are 1084, OAL is 17-1/4" and the handle is fossil walrus ivory. I supplied the materials and Mark did the rest.
Mark and I are working on a collaboration right now, or Mark is, I've done my part![]()
Thanks.
Can't wait to see the finished knife. You both create amazing knives.
Does Mark have a website?
Thanks,
Kam
Thanks, Man
No web site for Mark Holson, he is extremely talented but only makes 2 or 3 knives per year, less than 20 knives total. He is also a full time maker but lives on less money than seems possible![]()

I am limited by the forum to 10, so here are ten nice ones, in alphabetical order, to start with.

I'll have to remember that about the Ozarks when I go full time....lolPeter, Mark's wife brings in some money but not much. Add about $25 per day to that.
Some folks can live on far less than most would think possible. House paid for, drive old car and just don't spend much money. Cost of living is pretty cheap here in the Ozarks![]()
