Best Lube for Spydies?

FP-10 Lubricant Elite is the best I've ever found for pivot lubrication.

Second place goes to Militec.

im wondering if a generic brand of gun oil would do? if not im totally going with the mineral oil, cause in t-dot ontario i dunno many places that carry tuffglide, militec or all the fancy ones.

It'll work, yes; so will 3 in 1 etc.
Hoppes 9, BreakFree - they'll work.

Thing about Militec, FP-10, and I believe Tuf Glide too, is that once they dry they leave no residue. Zero.

So, they do not affect the tolerances.

Also, they don't attract & collect lint, dust, etc.

They are very easy to find on-line. ebay, MidwayUSA, etc.
I think you also might be able to find them in the hunting/fishing department of the Sports Authority and places like that.
