Best mini-PSK knife?

I came across the Gerber EAB folding utility knife today. At 2.5oz, it looks like a good candidate for a PSK tin knife. I wonder if you can remove the pocket clip, saving a bit more space. I like the idea of being able to replace the blade and it would take little space to carry a spare. It is a step up from a basic sliding box cutter, which is another option for tins.

Do watch out for the first version which was recalled. Note the way the handle end of the blade has a wrap-around stop-- the earlier ones had a simple ledge to stabilize the blade and it could pop out and rotate, slicing the user.

A few mentioned the DermaSafe folding razors. They are okay, but only for very fine work. IMHO, you might as well pack a couple single edge razor blades.

I've decided for a folder, that little Gerber UL LST is the right knife for a tin PSK. I think the tin size fixed blades would be better stll. Can't wait to see Ritter's new little knife.

Hmmm. Seems I own one of the recalled GerberEABs......

Something to watch out for....

Thanks for the info DaleW.

The RC-3 is far from what we're talking about in this thread.

Check out Ritter's new PSK knife,

And TOPS has a Hoffman lite hunter that is pretty cool too!

I dont have an altoids tin. But I do have a serrated Byrd Finch. It seems like a competent mini blade.
