Indiana Jones Vs. The Scimitar wielding guy in Raiders Of The Lost Ark.

Most realistic fight in a film.

Trivia about this scene. The original script called for a long fight scene, but Ford had dysentery and didn't think he could get the scene finished, so the new idea was for Jones to just shoot the sword wielder.

I love the kitchen scene in "Get Carter" (the Stallone version).

From a surealistic and well choreographed point of view Roy (Rutger Hauer) and Pris (Darrell Hannah) did a fair job putting the hurt on Deckard (Harrison Ford) in Blade Runner....

and Jim Carey didn't do too bad "kicking his own ass" in Liar Liar.

The final fight seen between Masters Wong (Jet Li) and Yim (Yee Kwan Yan) in Once Upon a Time in China. Watching Li's body mechanics is really something. His perfomance in Unleashed is also good.

Has Ong Bak (Muay Thai Warrior) been released in the US yet?

It raises the bar for fight scenes and stunt work by quite a few notches. The extras documentary that comes with the DVD explaining the fight stunt work is just as awesome - no wire work at all, just pure athleticism.
