Best Movie Line Ever?

I don't see many movies, but the first line that pops into my mind is:
"What we have here is a failure to communicate"
Wasn't a very young Paul Newman in that movie?

I'm sure I can think of a better one, but I like the one from Flatliners "it's a good day to die". Me and an old skydiving buddy would say that to each other before getting on the plane.

What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is going on out here?

Slim Pickens in Blazing Saddles

"dying ain't much of a living boy" Outlaw Josey Wales

"I thought I smelled cabbage" Third Austin Powers movie.

Cruiser: " I joined the army so I wouldn't get drafted"

Sgt. Hulka "We don't have the draft any more son"

Cruiser "there was one?" Stripes.

Casablanca (1942) is unmatched on quotable movie lines. Virtually every line of dialog is memorable.

Captain Renault: Rick, there are many exit visas sold in this café, but we know that you've never sold one. That is the reason we permit you to remain open.
Rick: Oh? I thought it was because I let you win at roulette.
Captain Renault: That is another reason.

-------------------

Major Strasser: Are you one of those people who cannot imagine the Germans in their beloved Paris?
Rick: It's not particularly my beloved Paris.
Heinz: Can you imagine us in London?
Rick: When you get there, ask me!
Captain Renault: Hmmh! Diplomatist!
Major Strasser: How about New York?
Rick: Well there are certain sections of New York, Major, that I wouldn't advise you to try to invade.

-----------------

Captain Renault: What in heaven's name brought you to Casablanca?
Rick: My health. I came to Casablanca for the waters.
Captain Renault: The waters? What waters? We're in the desert.
Rick: I was misinformed.

"We all know you didn't kill him, because you don't have the balls, or the sense that god gave goats" Jason Patrick--NARC

"Pain is your friend, your ally." "It will keep you awake, and angry, and remind you to finish the job and get the hell home..." "The best thing about pain is, it lets you know your not dead yet" Vigo Mortenson--GI Jane

"I don't have time to bleed"; Pre-gov Jesse Ventura from the first Predator movie.

I've even used it in real life, too. Working at a pizza shop and a busy-as-hell Friday night and one of the counter girls informs me that I'm bleeding (don't know how I did it, but one of my knuckles was red).

The rest of the co-workers were mystified by the saying; my brother (who worked there too, smiled knowingly)

"Crom, I have never prayed to you before. I have no tongue for it. No one, not even you, will remember if we were good men or bad. Why we fought, or why we died. No, all that matters is that two stood against many. That's what's important. Valour pleases you Crom, so grant me one request—grant me revenge! And if you do not listen, then HELL with you!"

from Conan the Barbarian incarnated by Arnold Schwarzenegger,at the end of the film, just before the final battle when Conan and Subotai are facing overwhelming odds in battle.

I'm sure everyone will recognize these classics:

"...you talkin' to me?..."

"...you want the truth?, you can't handle the truth!!..."

"in order for an Irishman to find his equal he's forced to talk to God"

"the lord says don't change the subject just answer the focking question"

"I will beat you using my left thumb. My right is far to powerful for the likes of you"

"There are two kinds of men in the world. Those with loaded guns, and those who dig. You dig."

"That is strength boy! That is Power! What is steel compared to the hand that weilds it? Contemplate this on the Tree of Woe."

"I find your lack of faith...disturbing"

Name 'em. The last one is all too easy. ;)

Full Metal Jacket had some good lines such as:

Texas? Only steers and queers come from texas and I don't see any horns.

Men, I have failed, I have failed because you let me fail.

Too beaucop? What do you mean to beaucop?
