It will come as no surprise that my first choice is Cutlery Shoppe.
Jeff is a real gentleman to deal with and he never charges you unless he is about to ship your order. I also like the fact that he uses USPS Priority rather than UPS or FedEx, I usually get my orders in Florida in 3 days flat (and USPS packages travel during weekends, as opposed to the other carriers).
Knifecenter, Knife Works and Spydercostore.com are also very good, as well as Poorfish and Whitemountain on eBay.

PoorFish = great specials but you have to pay attention to catch em
YCS = Usually the best all around prices. hardly any "special deals"
KnifeCenter = Has awesome deals at times like PoorFish. Pricey though.
Cutlery Shoppe = Haven't ordered from them "yet" but they seem to have really good prices and customer service
Warriors and Wonders = Really good customer service, speaks volumes about the people there. Prices are reasonable.

I've ordered from several places, but I just got a large order from Cutlery Shoppe and it arrived extremely fast, well packaged, and there was even a Spyderco catalog thrown in. Their prices were unbeatable as well. I'll certainly be ordering from them again.
