Best place to get knife engraved?

Looking to get my dad a knife for Christmas, and would like to have it engraved. It's most likely going to have a black blade coating. Do any of the online knife stores do this? If not, where is a good place to have it done?
 
It might help to know, where you are located? Or are you planning to buy a knife from a dealer that engraves?

Just so you know, engraving a black blade appears dark grey on the near black background and is more for identification purposes than presentation.

Located in Missouri, I've seen some black blades with gold engraving that looks nice. I was hoping to find a place the sold knives that also did the engraving.
