Best power saw for cutting scales?

There are fast setting adhesives that will shorten the clamping time. The Delta 14" can be a very useful and relatively safe. Do not remove the saw guard from the chop saw!!!

Wow. This is great stuff guys! Thanks so much. I got a Freud Diablo fine cut 90 tooth saw blade last week. It cuts fantastic!

I'll be making a sled for my table saw and attaching this to it very soon. Hopefully this will help me greatly.

Best of luck Mark. I've had EVERY replacement part that was sent to me by powermatic ( jet, powermatic and wilton) fail horribly; even though they weren't as bad as the original parts, most of which didn't last very long. I'll post pictures later of the top hinge that almost took a finger. :D
