Best spyderco slicer

btw. I just received a Nilakka and it rivals some of my custom knives in sharpness.
Well done, Spyderco.

My vote for a folder would be a Military. Phil Wilson South Fork for fixed honestly I can't imagine anything out slicing it

I use a Delica for the small stuff and my Para2 for anything else.! And if worse comes to worse and i really need heavy duty I break out my Military for the heavy work ~~ but that is few and far between.!**

I was slicing some salami very thin the other night with my Tatanka and had better results than I thought I would with a hollow ground blade.
It will split a hair though so that might have something to do with it. ;)

Chaparral has a 2.8" FFG blade of CTS-XHP that's only 0.078" thick for a great cutting performance! At just 2.5 ounces and compact size it's quite handy!

The Slysz Bowie is a very good slicer, better then my ZDP Stretch. The CF Walker is even better, but it is easier to slice with the longer blade on the Bowie.

Southard for size

It shouldn't go unmentioned in this category - The Chokwe.

^ +1 for this one! The Chokwe is an excellent slicer.

Some of the all time best only found on the secondary market were:

Caly jr. ZDP clad w/420j Burgundy then later runs were black. light and super slicer!
Jess Horn lghtwt. ZDP clad 420j Burgundy. No other runs Like above it was pinned, no liners and a super slicer

Caly 3 and 3.5 Super Blue. Great knives

C25 and C50 Centofante. great cutters.

The whole super blue line. :)

The UK pen knife is a great option, you can walk around anywhere with it and no one will bat an eyelash at it. I was recently given a Goddard recently. It's basically an Endura with thinned out handles and a thinned out blade. It's big for an edc but so thin. I was surprised when I slipped it in my jeans and didn't feel it.

If it were me I'd go UKPK or for the bigger side a Caly, but it's because I'm very partial to the way clay's and UKPK' feel in hand and in the pocket.

There is an s30v - g10 UKPK that is discontinued if you can find them. They go for between $65and $85 usually. Wonderful bargain for a modern traditional.
