Best up & coming bladesmith?

I can`t believe no one has mentioned Trace Rinaldi. By any yardstick you care to use, fit, finish or value his knives are top notch. Besides, I have it on good authority that soon he will be a "force to be reckoned with".
:D :p :D

because I thought this thread said 'young' upcoming bladesmith:p :p

I see a lot of names listed I have to totally agree on. But for something different, I second the mention of the Australian makers. Check out this month's edition of Blade and it will show some of their work.

Another vote for my friend, Mr. Dan Farr! We communicated just a little over a year ago and he told me he was going to try his hand at forging and knife making. What he has done in that short time has been just flat out amazing! Great guy, great stuff and get up here and go fishing next year Dan!

After seeing the knife in this thread I find that i am in complete agreement that Nick Wheeler is indeed one of the top up and coming Bladesmiths out there. Nick, I have to say, I'm really impressed.
