List some of the best value folders under $20.
I have 20 dollars to work with as that's what my brother gave me for a knive he wants lol

I'd say you can't go wrong with most of the Kershaws out there under $20. The Volt II, Oso Sweet and Half Ton come to mind first, or a Tremor for a larger blade.

I was able to get a new Spyderco Ambitious on theBay BIN for $20 shipped a few weeks ago. Just depends if you feel like shopping around a lot or not.

Agree with this, i just got a No.8 last week... and although i had to spend some time sharpening it (used a SharpMaker), it is a great knife for the money...plus it has history...i guess it depends on usage, if you are ok with the wood handle, its a great buy for under $20..

Another vote for Opinel; best value you'll find. If you're going for more modern designs then Kershaw offshores like the Chill would be my next suggestion.

Forth this, opinels and kershaw are great, I really like my tension and half ton for the price.

$10 you can get him a Foc model 75, really like the knife for the price
 
SAK. Check the river online site or the bullseye logo'd mass market store. They're out there.
