Took over two months to recieve my knife. Very poor customer service, slow and vague email responses. I know they have a nice selection of knives, but they didnt even offer to refund my money for the knife that wasnt in stock.:thumbdn::thumbdn:
Agreed, I just had a go around w/ them. Item listed as "in stock", follow up e-mail to me stating order would be mailed in two-three weeks. I canceled it.
