Has anyone ever ordered from this website. I placed an order from this site on 5/6. I got a receipt with order number after payment that day. Haven't heard squat since. I've sent two emails to check the status of the order with no response. I called the customer service number and the rep on the phone told me she would have the owner call me, still no call. It's been a full 5 business days since the order was placed and the items where advertised as in stock. There is no reason why they should not have shipped. Company is supposedly in NJ and I live in PA so shouldn't take that long to get here. Also no reason to not respond to my email or phone call. Poor customer service if you ask me.

Call your credit card company and cancel your order. If they don't provide the service you expect, then don't do business with them.
Perhaps your actions will help them be better to the next customer, or eventually the credit card companies will refuse to do transactions due to complaints & chargebacks.
