Always a fan of the "roads less traveled" approach.

How do you like it?
I'm a big IPA fan and don t venture to far off the beaten path "very Far " :D
But I do like to try different avenues periodically.

I really like the half congress. The pen and sheepsfoot make a good combination for me. The stag surprised me. I didn't expect to like it as much as I do. It isn't popcorny, but it's very nice.
But, I suspect you actually were inquiring about the cider. ;)
I would equate the taste as being closer to a dry Chablis than to any kind of ale. No sweetness to it, but not bitter, either. An interesting taste.

Your half Congress is a beauty and really like the stag on that one
The brew does sound very interesting and worth a try if I can find it in my neck of the woods.

"Home made" Hard Cider. First time making it. I didn't back sweeten it or carbonate it for this first run. It is tart and smooth. I'll definitely carbonate next time, though. Around 8.2% abv. @glennbad modified Camco to pop the top. One day I'll get a phone that can take decent pictures in low light.

Gotta say, I think that's the first I've heard of a S'more Stout. :D How is it?

Cool SAK, too!
It was good. Basically a chocolate stout with vanilla and cinnamon. I have a couple left that I may save for when it gets cold or the next camping trip.

The SAK was a gift from my parents. They picked it up on a trip to Europe. I don’t take it out of the box all that often. I have a silver tech climber I use when I need a SAK.

What sort of knife is that? I can't resist single blade/cap lifter combo, and I like that style.
