Having a couple of Sierra Nevadas while I grill hot wings and beer can chicken, as 2 feet of snow falls on me in the Adirondacks.

Excellent beer reviews, Chin! Not sure about that Oyster one though.... Would have to try it before I pass judgement.

Thank you, Chin. I would certainly give that particular Stout a try even knowing what's in it. Can't knock it until I try it, right? I am fond of oysters too but I require them cooked... Sacrilege to some folks, I know. The pistol is a Colt Walker, certainly a dragoon pistol but larger than the standard dragoon that was produced after the Walker. It is a reproduction, of course, but a fine one and very functional and accurate.

Hail, heavy rain, snow then 55 degree sunny day...hail, heavy rain, snow...repeat. Drinking this great stout. The eye of the ironwood guardian knife makes a good drinking companion.

Man, that looks like a hefty brew. I see Founders getting featured regularly in various threads, I will need to see if I can find it at one of my beer mecca places, the regular stores do not carry it.

It's definitely a good one. Also, try and check out their KBS (Ketucky Barrel Stout) super good. Both offerings are a bit pricey but worth it. Awesome photo again!
