Beautiful day here. Got some Pliny!!! This stuff is also like a TC Barlow. Hard to get, and they sell out fast! This is probably the quintessential west coast IPA. Bitter, hoppy but extremely smooth. Calling all Beer Scout Knife Club members.

What kind of wine? I'm not a big wine guy. But I do like dry wines I know that.

Yellowtail Chardonnay from Australia. Very good value. I buy several of their red wines, like Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. The only white wine I buy is Chardonnay. My wife and I prefer dry wines.
