Long day of cutting steel. First ceegar had in several months:

For our Brit friends the glass is Edinburgh crystal. Set of 4 (3 left these days) given to me by my girlfriend in HS when I left to come back home to Cali. Caroline Hughes, Pittenweem Fisher Lassie of 1977!

I haven't had any Jameson in a while... and have never tried the cold brew. I'm not sure how I'd like a coffee flavored whiskey. I did try a shot of whiskey in my coffee... once. Never again.
I regret not getting any crystal while we were in Edinburgh... got a cap, though... :D

Gets cold enough and a little sip of whiskey in the coffee is great! We call it medicine.

Ya know I wasn't altogether sold on the idea of the Jameson Cold Brew either. Love all the Caskmates though. Gave er a try at a friends cause I'm not really into all these coffee drinks deals. But I did like it though. Little hard to find. At least up here in the mountains. I have a kilt that was made for me out of a little one man shop there on The Royal Mile, when I was 17, 43 years ago! Still have it, heck just doing the math on the glasses. Have had them for 42 years ago. Not bad that I still got 3 out of the 4!

Makes a lot of difference if you've got a nice heavy cut-glass tumbler for your Bourbon (whiskey if you must ;)) or Gin  I got 4 NOS Italian lead crystal tumblers from I think the 80/90s pre internet markings anyway, from the Bay. Only 3 survive now after a year :( was clumsy washing them in a sink by hand-not sure if they're dishwasher proof-but one got cracked. Still, you have to use stuff, no point in living in a museum :D
