Caskmates has become my go-to whiskey. I really enjoy the stuff and it's not real expensive. I'll get brave and try the IPA Edition eventually but I could get by just fine with only the Stout Edition.

The knife is an SFO for this little shop in France. The one with the red storefront. The shop photos belong to Jolipapa who helped me acquire the knife. The shop has no website and I don't speak French. I couldn't have gotten it without his help.

Oh man, I can imaging spending hours there.
It will be expensive though...not for the knives as they will be worth every penny, but I’ll need to fork over a ton so my wife could shop and leave me alone
